Annual MDRP Summit

The first MDRP summit was held at The Nielsen Company's Global Technology and Information Center in Oldsmar, Florida. Management Development Associates (MDAs) from recent classes of 2005, 2006 and 2007 had attended the meeting from October 10 through 12, 2006.

The summit is designed to:

• Provide a variety of development activities that support continuous learning;
• Keep MDAs abreast with what is happening within the businesses and with each classmate;
• Foster the continuation of mentoring relationships;
• Provide MDAs with an opportunity to get together so that they may become better acquainted as a "group", as well as share/discuss lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement
