Team Projects

We offer MDRP participants the opportunity to work on team projects. This learning through collaborative problem solving is defined as Action Learning. Action learning is an experience-based approach to developing individual’s leadership qualities, analytical skills, and strategic thinking abilities while simultaneously creative positive business results.

Our team projects involve small groups that meet regularly and address actual, critical problems. Our team projects usually contain the following characteristics:

• Address company issues,
• Conducted in teams,
• Emphasize learning by doing,
• Place participants in problem solving roles, and
• Team decisions are formally presented.

We believe these group projects are beneficial in accelerating development, promoting networking opportunities, providing cross-functional experience, and provide tangible action plans to address top business challenges.

Project Selection includes business unit heads compiling project proposals for senior management review. Selection of projects will be based on their substantial impact and strategic importance to the company.
