The Nielsen Company’s Management Development Rotation Program (MDRP) is a unique and exciting initiative that continues to help us build a strong and talented leadership bench for Nielsen’s future. To recognize the evolution and growth of this program, I am pleased to welcome you to the MDRP web site.

The MDRP is a US-based program for promising talent, both external and internal. Through a series of rotation assignments over an 18 month period, Management Development Associates (MDA’s) have the unique opportunity to learn about the various Nielsen businesses and functional disciplines while performing substantive work assignments and developing skills through mentor relationships with our senior executives.

Through this site, you’ll learn about the program’s mission and objectives, the many benefits to our organization and the selection criteria for candidates. You’ll also gain access to information about our current class of associates as well as understand insights from our classes since 2005.

As the MDRP continues to evolve, this site will reflect the progress and contributions of this important program across The Nielsen Company.
